Location

Lipari, the ancient Greek Meligunis, with its 37.6 sq km of surface is the largest island of the Aeolian archipelago with about 10,000 residents.
There are five suburbs: Lipari, Acquacalda, Canneto, Pianoconte and Quattropani, connected to the town of Lipari by the scenic road that runs along the island.
