Discover Lipari

The island of Lipari is the largest of the Aeolian archipelago with an important historical heritage. As matter of fact it was known as the Greek Meligunis. Its surface is 37.6 square kilometers and there are about 10,000 residents, number that grows in the summer. It is a volcanic island and the oldest rocks date back about 225,000 years ago.
